Directions: Leave the M6 at junction 38. (Tebay). Take the B6260 for Appleby. Travel through Orton village (two miles) after one mile takes left turn to Crosby Ravensworth. (Three miles) Straight through village towards Maulds Meaburn turning to Crake Trees is approximately two hundred metres on the left after village school. Farmhouse is one third of a mile up the lane.
